Jewelry company exec, school director sell 3BD

Howard Kelrick, Patricia Kelrick, Karen Kelrick, Kathy K. Brooks and Robert Brooks sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 4230 Casper Court in Hollywood to Samuel and Miriam Garmizo for $500,000 on April 16.

The 2,398-square-foot house, which was built in 1976, is in the Emerald Hills neighborhood.

Howard Kelrick serves as the president of Finger Mate Inc., a jewelry company in Hallendale.

Karen Kelrick has been the director of development for Nova Southeastern University. Prior to that, she was dean of admissions with the school.

There were 2,439 home sales in Hollywood in 2008, with a median sales price of $152,000.
