California lawyer sells 4BD in Fort Lauderdale

Harry E. Salzberg, Dana S. Cooley and Murray M. Salzberg sold a four-bedroom 4.5-bath condo at 2200 S. Ocean Lane in Fort Lauderdale to Giorgio Arra and Carla Bartoccioni for $1.4 million on April 16.

Unit #2809 is part of the Point of Americas condominium development, which is in the Barrier Island neighborhood.

Harry Salzberg has been a lawyer at Santa Cruz Co., in Aptos, Calif.

He earned his B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and completed his J.D. at Syracuse University.

Sales at Point of Americas rose 100 percent from 2006-2007. The median sales price also rose 9.3 percent during that time period.

There were 1,398 condo sales in Fort Lauderdale in 2008, with a median sales price of $230,000.
