Marshall C. Watson bought a five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 19 Harborage Isle Dr. in Fort Lauderdale from Chevy Chase Bank for $4.525 million on April 14.

The 11,298-square-foot house, which was built in 2000, is in the Harbor Beach neighborhood.

Watson is senior managing attorney at the Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson P.A., specializing in real estate and banking law. He was senior vice president in national lending division of Fidelity National Title Co.

He received his B.S. in real estate and risk management from Florida State University and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

There 3,034 home sales in Fort Lauderdale in 2008, with a median price of $230,000.
