Mr. Aufzien has been a trustee with the equity real estate investment trust First Real Estate Investment Trust of New Jersey. He was also chairman and managing partner of the investment company Norall Organization, as well as chairman and chief executive officer of New York Harbour Associates, a real estate developer.
