Jason J. Sarji sold a 5.5-bath home at 3900 N.W. 43rd St. in Coconut Creek to IRL Group LLC for $450,000 on March 27.

Sarji paid $475,000 for the property in Sept. 2003. The 3,348-square-foot house, which was built in 1981, is in the Palm Beach Farms subdivision.

Sarji is president of A-1 Capital Funding Inc., a Fort Lauderdale-based mortgage lender serving all of Florida. He has been in the business for more than 12 years.

There were 1,040 sales in Coconut Creek in 2008, with a median price of $110,000.
