Beatriz Back and Jorge Taubkin sold a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1885 Landing Way in Weston to Brian K. Warner and Lisa W. Maack for $420,000 on March 31.

Back paid $275,000 for the property in Dec. 2000. The 2,730-square-foot house, which was built in 1992, is in the Waterford Landing neighborhood.

Back is director of technology services for Latin America at Hewlett-Packard. She has also been director of customer operations, marketing services and technical consulting manager and support and technical consulting manager with the company.

She attended the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and Fundação Getulio Vargas.

There were 1,050 home sales in Weston in 2008, with a median price of $311,100.
