Sandra Mackesky-Reyes and Rene A. Reyes sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 959 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood to Rita and Domenick Foglio for $360,000 on March 30.

The Reyes’ paid $390,000 for the property in July 2004. The 2,161-square-foot house, which was built in 1968, is in the Hollywood Lakes neighborhood.

Ms. Reyes is a consultant in Hollywood who serves as an associate at Omega Performance. Prior to that, she was a training supervisor for Banco Popular North America in New York, senior training specialist at Washington Mutual Bank in Miami and financial sales manager for Great Western Bank in Miami.

She earned a B.S. in communications and an M.S. in management at Florida International University. She has also completed a diploma in spanish language and culture from the Centro De Lenguage e Intercambio Cultural in Seville, Spain.

There were 2,439 home sales in Hollywood in 2008, with a median price of $152,000.
