Donald and Peggy Baxter sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 12380 N.W. 77th Manor in Parkland to Robert and Denise Fuller for $405,000 on March 17.

The Baxters paid $525,000 for the property in Aug. 2007. The 2,765-square-foot house, which was built in 2004, is in the Heron Bay neighborhood.

Mr. Baxter is vice president of total rewards at Winn Dixie Stores. He was vice president of compensation and benefits at DHL and at A.G. Edwards and has been director of compensation and benefits at Kellwood Co.

He has also worked with ConAgra Foods, May Department Stores Co., and General Mills, Inc.

Mr. Baxter earned a B.A. in psychology at the State University of New York College in Fredonia and attended State University of New York College in Buffalo.

There were 421 home sales in Parkland in 2008, with a median price of $535,000.
