Adam and Kelly Logal bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 9574 Exbury Court in Parkland from Pablo Rosales for $500,000 on Feb. 13.

Rosales, along with Glenn R. Ramirez, paid $1,123,085 for the property in Feb. 2007. The 4,111-square-foot house, which was built in 2007, is in the Parkland Golf and Country Club neighborhood.

Mr. Logal is the executive director of finance and chief accounting officer at Acuity Pharmaceuticals, a privately owned clinical stage ophthalmic pharmaceutical company. Previously, he was senior director of accounting at Nabi Biopharmaceuticals and served on the company’s executive leadership team.

There were 437 sales in Parkland in 2008, with a median sales price of $550,000.
