David J. Pfiester and his wife, Judith, have listed for sale their two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1656 S.E. Sixth St. in Deerfield Beach for $1.595 million.

The 2,008-square-foot house, which was built in 1968, is in the Cove neighborhood.

Mr. Pfiester was the founder and chief executive officer of Atlanticom Technologies, Inc., an Internet company that offers network design and integration, DataComm systems, computer products and network cabling.

He earned his marketing degree at Philadelphia University.

There were 1,784 home sales in Deerfield Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $75,000.
