Paul L. Maisner sold a condo at 701 S. Ocean Way in Deerfield Beach to Dov Kagan for $650,000 on Feb. 13.

Maisner paid $945,250 for Unit #407 in March 2006. It is part of the Orchid Beach condominium development, which was built in 2000.

Maisner is a realtor with Lang Realty in Parkland.

Hagan serves as the president of Gama Travel Group in Boca Raton.

Sales at Orchid Beach remained flat from 2007-08, while the median sales price dropped 15 percent during that time.

There were 1,042 condo sales in Deerfield Beach in 2008, with a median price of $55,500.
