Joshua and Monika Entin bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 17466 S.W. 35th Court in Miramar from Mario and Candelaria Prenas for $375,000 on Feb. 26.

The Prenases paid $475,000 for the two-story, 3,606-square-foot home in Aug. 2004. It was built in 1998.

Mr. Entin is an attorney and shareholder with the law firm Rosen Switkes & Entin in South Florida. He joined them in 2001 and currently manages the firm's civil litigation department and chairs it’s hiring committee.

He specializes in labor and employment law, class action litigation, civil rights litigation, commercial litigation, appellate law, and personal injury.

He received his B.S. in administration of justice from Pennsylvania State University in 1998 and his J.D. from the St. Thomas University School of Law in May 2001.

Ms. Entin is also an attorney with Rosen Switkes & Entin.

There were 2,128 sales in Miramar in 2008, with a median sales price of $207,000.
