Morning news anchor sells Hollywood 3BD

Wendy Corona and Kenneth Clinton sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 4322 Lincoln St. in Hollywood to Mark Yaeger and Lee Atkinson for $389,000 on Feb. 26.

Corona and Clinton paid $375,000 for the 3,032-square-foot home in Nov. 2003. It is located in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood and was built in 1963.

Corona has been an anchor on WPLG Miami's "Local 10 Morning News" since Aug. 2003. She has also been an anchor and reporter in California, Arizona and Texas.

She graduated from the University of Southern California with a major in broadcast journalism.

There were 2,569 sales in Hollywood in 2008, with a median sales price of $160,000.
