Physical therapist, family counselor get Parkland 4BD

Kevin and Melanie Pallone bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 7820 S. Woodridge Dr. in Parkland from Thomas and Cynthia Dye for $475,000 on Feb. 20.
The Dyes paid $320,000 for the 2,791-square-foot home in Aug. 2000. It is in the Parkland Lakes neighborhood.
Mr. Pallone is a physical therapist in Coral Springs. He is also a board member with Caddy For A Cure, a non-profit company that raises money by allowing people to caddy for PGA Tour professionals.
Ms. Pallone is a family counselor with the Palm Beach County School District.
There were 439 sales in Parkland in 2008, with a median sales price of $550,000.
