CJ Wilson, Misono Wilson, David Goodrick and Joann Goodrick are selling a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 504 N.E. Sixth Ave. in Deerfield Beach for $795,000.

The Wilsons and Goodricks paid $659,000 for the 2,915-square-foot house in May 2003. It is in the Twin Oaks neighborhood.

Wilson is a co-founder and managing partner at Big Couch Media Group, a company that provides strategic, operational and financial advice, support and partnerships to emerging entrepreneurial growth companies. He also represents Florida Equity Partners, LLC.

In 1994 he founded Global Alliance, Ltd., an Asia-based investment advisory firm. He has also worked with Asahi Bank in Japan, served as vice president of investment banking for Merrill Lynch and as associate vice president of investment banking at JP Morgan and with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.

He holds a master's from the Harvard University School of Business Administration and a bachelor's in economics from the University of Wisconsin.
