Peter and Anne Gladstone sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 2976 Westbrook in Weston to Rime Holdings, LLC, for $700,000 on Feb. 18.

The Gladstones paid $775,000 for the property in Sept. 2004. The 4,619-square-foot home was built in 1994.

Mr. Gladstone is a principal with Gladstone & Weissman, a law firm based in Fort Lauderdale. He practices in the areas of matrimonial law and family law including divorce, child custody, marital agreements, equitable distribution, spousal support, post divorce and paternity law.

He earned a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.

There were 1,094 sales in Weston in 2008, with a median price of $330,000.
