Orpheus M. Roye has listed for sale a five-bedroom home at 1425 Windjammer Way in Hollywood for $2,697,500.

Roye paid $1,917,558 for the property, which is in Three Islands, in Aug. 2004. Virginia B. Maybee is the listing agent for the home.

Roye is a 13-year NFL veteran who has played with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cleveland Browns. The defensive end from Florida State University was selected in the sixth round of the 1996 NFL Draft by the Steelers.

He spent his first four years with Pittsburgh, posting a career-high 4.5 sacks in 1999 to go along with 58 tackles in 16 games. He signed with the Browns following that season and spent the next eight seasons with the team.

He re-signed with the Steelers for the 2008 season, playing in six games for the eventual Super Bowl champions. He is currently a free agent.

Roye has played in 180 career games, tallying 503 tackles to go with 18.5 sacks and two interceptions.

There were 2,588 home sales in Hollywood in 2008, with a median sales price of $163,900.
