Richard and Christin Griskie have listed for sale their five-bedroom, four-bath home at 6588 N.W. 109th Ave. in Parkland for $620,000.

The Griskies paid $800,000 for the property in Aug. 2007. The 3,210-square-foot house in Parkland Isles was built in 2001.
