Insurance founder, photographer sell Pembroke Pines 4BD

Robert and Constanza Gure sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 19463 N.W. 23rd Place in Pembroke Pines to Thomas A. Chavie, Jr., and Claudia Lorena Burgoa for $350,000 on March 4.
The Gures paid $336,000 for the 2,879-square-foot home in May 2003. It was built in 1999.
Mr. Gure is the founder of Thomas International American, LLC, a life insurance carrier in Fort Lauderdale.
Ms. Gure is an independent photography professional in South Florida.
There were 2,376 sales in Pembroke Pines in 2008, with a median sales price of $199,000.
