Scott L. Henratty bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2200 N.E. 49th St. in Lighthouse Point from Edward T. McPhee and Tonya McPhee for $460,000 on Feb. 11.

The McPhees acquired the property for $539,000 in May 2004. The 1,764-square-foot house was built in 1957.

Mr. Henratty serves as an attorney for Stephen L. Malove & Associates P.A. in Fort Lauderdale. His practice areas are wrongful death, medical malpractice, premise liability, product liability, motor vehicle liability, environmental and toxic tort, construction liability and complex criminal defense.

He previously served as counsel for the Atlanta office of Hawkins & Parnell, LLC, a national litigation defense firm.

He received his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law and his B.A. in criminology and law from the University of Florida.

There were 222 sales in Lighthouse Point in 2008, with a median price of $377,500.
