Ori and India Lapidot bought a seven-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 9977 Rosewood St. in Parkland from Brett and Shira Spector for $610,000 on Feb. 11.

The Spectors acquired the property for $1,074,160 in June 2006. The 4,365-square-foot home was built in 2007.

Mr. Lapidot serves as executive vice president of strategic alliances for the Elephant Group. He previously served as director of business development for Assurant, Inc.

Mr. Spector is a sales manager with the Cintas Corp., which provides uniforms, apparel and restroom supplies as well as first aid, document management and fire protection services.

Ms. Spector is director of business intelligence and strategy for the Burger King Corp. She has served as director of financial recruiting at Steven Douglas Associates, finance manager at Burger King, associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers and analyst at Goldman Sachs.

She attended the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and the University of Pennsylvania.

There were 442 sales in Parkland in 2008, with a median price of $565,000.
