Simply Organic founder dishes Weston 4BD

Gene and Corey Martignetti sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1249 Waterview Court in Weston to Richard Cousins for $400,000 on Feb. 6.
The 2,929-square-foot house was built in 1991.
Mr. Martignetti is the founder of Simply Organic, which develops natural and organic products for the salon and spa community. He opened a T&W Ice Cream store in New Jersey and has held key positions at Allen Arthur Inc., KMS, Graham Webb International and Beautopia Inc.
He attended Elon College and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
There were 1,065 home sales in Weston in 2008, with a median sales price of $350,000.
