Miami Chidren's Hospital anesthesiologist buys in Parkland

Dr. Dolly K. Munshi and Kershasp F. Munshi bought a home at 9830 Bay Leaf Court in Parkland from Wci Communities, Inc., for $830,000 on Jan. 29.
The house was built in 2008.
Dr. Munshi is an anesthesiologist at Miami Children's Hospital. She has also served as a clinical associate professor at the University of Miami School of Medicine.
She attended the Medical College Baroda in India.
There were 403 home sales in Parkland in 2008, with a median sales price of $600,000.
