Scott and Lisa Ungerer sold a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 108 Island Cove Way in Palm Beach Gardens to A And K Development Co., Llc, for $425,600 on Jan. 21.

The Ungerers acquired the property for $425,600 in Feb. 2002. The 2,645-square-foot house was built in 2000.

Mr. Ungerer is a managing partner at EnerTech Capital. Prior to EnerTech, he was a power industry executive with Atlantic Electric.

He was also the director of corporate strategy and business development at Atlantic Energy Enterprises and oversaw the merger of Atlantic Energy and Delmarva Power. He is a board member of CoaLogix, CURRENT Group, Intellon and the NanoSteel Co.

He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Princeton University.

There were 1,027 sales in Palm Beach Gardens in 2008, with a median price of $290,000.
