Adam S. Doner and Susan Doner bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 200 Via Emilia in Palm Beach Gardens from Stacey L. Lolos and Christos A. Lolos for $1 million on Jan. 12.

The Loloses bought the property for $851,704 in Oct. 2005. The 4,225-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in Mirasol.

Mr. Doner is a partner at Gordon & Doner P.A., a law firm in West Palm Beach specializing in personal injury, car accidents and disability claims.

He graduated from the University of Florida in 1980 and earned his J.D. from Nova University in 1983.

There were 1,027 home sales in Palm Beach Gardens in 2008 with median sales price of $290,000.
