Adel Zauk and Dr. Rose Zauk bought a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 221 Ocean Grande Blvd. in Jupiter from Allan and Carole Linderman for $915,000 on Jan. 12.

The Lindermans paid $550,000 for the unit in Sept. 2002. The 2,064-square-foot Unit #708 is in the seven-story high condominium, Jupiter Ocean Grande.

Dr. Zauk has been an anesthesiologist in New Jersey and at Nyack Hospital in New York.

She received her M.D. from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey (1991). She completed her anesthesiology residency at New York University Medical Center and at Overlook Hospital in New Jersey.

Sales at Jupiter Ocean Grande are down 25 percent from 2006-2007. The median sales price is down 2.8 percent during that same time period.

There were 706 condo sales in Jupiter in 2008, with a median sales price of $285,000.
