Daniel and Tara Bruzon bought a six-bedroom, four-bath home at 19309 S.W. 54th St. in Miramar for $440,000 from Countrywide Home Loan, Inc., on Jan. 15.

Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., foreclosed on the property in June 2008. The 4,010-square-foot home was built in 2006.

Mr. Bruzon is a resale sales manager at ADT Security Services, a supplier of electronic security systems, fire alarm systems, communication systems and integrated building management systems.

He attended Florida International University.

There were 1,779 sales in Miramar in 2008, with a median price of $238,000.
