Aston Development president gets $2M in Palm Beach

Ian M. Kean sold a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 402 Primavera Way in Palm Beach to 402 Primavera, LLC, for $2 million on Jan. 14.
Kean paid $1.2 million for the property in Oct. 1997. The 4,161-square-foot home was built n 1981.
Kean is president of Aston Development Corp., a Palm Beach-based real estate management firm. The company was founded in 2002.
There were 296 sales in Palm Beach in 2008, with a median price of $1.13 million.
