Lake Placid director sells Deerfield Beach 4BD

Donald B. Soldini and Dolores Ann Soldini sold a four-bedroom, two-bath condo at 547 Via Genova in Deerfield Beach to Michael and Angela Cummings for $496,500 on April 23.
Unit #63 is part of the Deer Creek Golf & Tennis Club. It was constructed in 1989.
Mr. Soldini has led Lake Placid Development Corp., Inc., a real estate company specializing in home-site sales, since 1971.
Sales at Deer Creek Golf & Tennis Club are down 38 percent from 2006-2007. The median sales price also dropped 12.5 percent during that same time period.
There were 1,787 condo sales in Deerfield Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $120,000.
