Kim and David Wildenberg bought a home at 6883 N.W. 116th Ave. in Parkland from Cathy Bass for $675,000 on Jan. 5.

Bass paid $660,495 for the 4,376-square-foot house in Jan. 2004, the same year it was built.

Ms. Wildenberg is a radiologic technology program director in the Delray Beach office of the Institute of Allied Medical Professions. She previously served as a chief neuro-technologist at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pa.

Ms. Wildenberg has a B.A. in health from the University of St. Francis.

There were 403 sales in Parkland in 2008, with a median price of $600,000.
