Michael and Ondine Hefley bought a home at 947 Sea Sage Dr. in Delray Beach from Gloria Bailey for $900,000 on Dec. 30.

The 2,547-square-foot house was built in 1968.

Ms. Hefley is the owner and a designer at Vision Interiors, Inc., an interior design company in West Palm Beach.

There were 949 sales in Delray Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $190,000.
