Dr. Joanne Pecuch bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 6503 N.W. 66th Way in Parkland from HSBC Bank for $461,126 on Nov. 20.

HSBC Bank foreclosed on the property in May 2008. The 3,470-square-foot house was built in 1989.

Dr. Pecuch is a licensed psychologist and a social worker who specializes in child disorders. She is also a sex and marriage counselor at Passionate Marriages.

Previously, she worked at the Adler School of Professional Psychology.

There were 403 sales in Parkland in 2008, with a median sales price of $600,000.
