Elizabeth Ann Gerolymatos and her husband, Peter Gerolymatos, bought a condo 200 N.E. Second Ave. in Delray Beach from Citywalk Commercial, LLC, for $540,000 on Jan. 5.

Ms. Gerolymatos is a cabaret performer known as Baroness Elisa.

She has performed at the Crest Theatre in Delray Beach as well as on world stages throughout Europe and Australia. A native of Australia, she went to talent school with actress Nicole Kidman and had a lead role in a play opposite Mel Gibson.

Mr. Gerolymatos serves as Baroness Elisa's music director.

There were 731 sales in Delray Beach in 2008, with a median price of $200,000.
