FAU instructor sells in Delray Beach

Suzanne Sturrock sold a home at 3025 Salerno Way in Delray Beach to William L. Sabatini for $425,000 on Dec. 9.

Sturrock paid $235,000 for the 2,167-square-foot house in Dec. 2001. The home, which is in Verona Woods, was built in 1992.

Sturrock has served as an instructor at A.D. Henderson University School at Florida Atlantic University. In 2007, she was honored for her 35 years of service with the school.

She received her B.S. from Florida State University.

There were 949 home sales in Delray Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $190,000.
