Anesthesiologist pays $1.275M in Delray Beach

Dr. Ivo A. Baux and Eugenia M. Baux bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 964 Dogwood Dr. in Delray Beach from Karen Wink and Stephen F. Patten for $1.275 million on Dec. 23.

Patten and Wink paid $1.15 million for the property in July 2004. The 3,667-square-foot house was built in 1984.

Dr. Baux is an anesthesiologist and is affiliated with Delray Medical Center and West Boca Medical Center.

He received his M.D. from the Universidad Catolica De Santiago De Guayaquil in Ecuador in 1989 and completed his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

There were 949 sales in Delray Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $190,000.
