Software solutions president buys in Parkland

Gary L. Rein and Tove Rein bought a house at 7689 N.W. 117th Lane in Parkland from National Residential Nominee Services, Inc., for $779,000 on Oct. 16.
The 4,653-square-foot house in Heron Bay was built in 2004.
Mr. Rein is the founding president of Real Solutions Group in Coral Springs. The company specializes in helping businesses with software-related services and problems.
He has worked as controller for Turner Construction, Trizec Properties, Avatar Properties and Weitzer Homebuilders.
He earned his degree in finance and accounting from the University of Connecticut.
There were 403 home sales in Parkland in 2008, with a median sales price of $600,000.
