Daniel Brauser sold a home at 2361 N.E. 48th Court in Lighthouse Point to Gary Labriola and Jean Labriola for $500,000 on Oct. 10.

Brauser acquired the property for $875,000 in June 2005.

The 1,652-square-foot house was built in 1962.

Brauser is the president, chief operating officer, chief financial officer and director of Money4Gold, which offers direct marketing and online advertising of items containing precious metals. Prior to that, he co-founded Marlin Capital Partners.

He also served as a chief financial officer and later as senior vice president at Health Benefits Direct.

Bauser earned his bachelor's from the University of Florida and his master's from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Mr. Labriola has been a realtor at Real Pro Systems, LLC, and at Keyes Company Realtors in Coral Springs.

There were 201 sales in Lighthouse Point in 2008, with a median price of $396,000.
