Robert L. Trentham and Rebecca P. Trentham sold a condo at 1063 Hillsboro Mile in Hillsboro Beach for $1.75 million to Frederick John Schultz and Rosemary Schultz on Dec. 8.

The Trenthams paid $1.95 million for Unit #506 in Oct. 2005. The unit is in the Ocean Grande Beach & Marina, an oceanfront property.

Mr. Trentham is a member of the litigation and pharmaceutical and medical devices practice groups in the Nashville office of Miller & Martin, PLLC. The law firm also has offices in Atlanta and Chattanooga.

He earned his B.A. (1969) and J.D. (1972) from Vanderbilt University.
