The 2,436-square-foot house, which was built in 1951, is in the New Siears.

Mr. Angle is a realtor and owner of Christian J. Angle and Associates, a real estate brokerage firm in Palm Beach. He formed the company in 2006.

He graduated from the University of Massachusetts.

Ms. Angle, originally from Heidelberg, Germany, also works at Christian J. Angle and Associates.

She attended Florida Atlantic University, where she obtained her degree in finance and real estate.

There were 295 in Palm Beach in 2008 with median sales price of $1.13 million.
