The 3,016-square-foot house, which was built in 1970, is in The Cove.

Dr. Sanquini has practiced dentistry in Brick, N.J.

Ms. Sanquini is a special education specialist in Deerfield.

There have been 1,615 sales in Deerfield Beach in 2008 with median sales price of $86,000.
