Mary E. Krasner sold Unit #0901 at 3400 N. Ocean Dr. in Riviera Beach to Wayne Grafton and Marjorie Grafton for $732,000 on Dec. 12.

Krasner paid $450,000 for the property in April 2004.

Ms. Kranser serves as the director of Old Second Bancorp, Inc. She is also the owner and general partner of Wyndham Deerpoint Homes, a homebuilding and land development company.

She has been a member at Guerard, Kalina & Butkus.

Ms. Krasner earned her B.A. from St. Mary's College and her J.D. from DePaul University.

There are 146 units in the 20-story building at 3400 N. Ocean Dr., which is also known as Oceantree. It was constructed in 1977.

Sales at Oceantree stayed the same from 2006-2007. The median sales price, however, rose 265.6 percent during that same time period.

There have been 696 sales in Riviera Beach thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $325,000.
