Oscar and Estela Bode sold a 4,136-square-foot house at 3300 S.W. 186th Terrace in Miramar to Anibal Beauchamp and Gloria Iglesias for $585,000 on Dec. 16.

The house was built in 2000.

Mr. Bode is a Florida-based director of emerging markets at Cisco Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cisco Systems, Inc., which specializes in financing networking solutions.

He joined Cisco Capital in 2000 as the senior manager and chief credit officer of Cisco Capital Latin America and was subsequently promoted to the position of senior manager of worldwide marketing and training in 2003, then to managing director in 2004.

Before that, he was one of two founding managers of Compaq Capital Latin America. He also served as a region executive at Hewlett Packard Technology Finance, Latin America, and has worked as a Latin America risk and operations manager at GE Latin America and Eastern Airlines.

Mr. Bode earned a B.A. in international finance and international marketing from University of Miami.

There have been 1,779 sales in Miramar in 2008, with a median price of $238,000.
