The Carlstroms paid $375,000 for the property in Oct. 2001.

The 3,262-square-foot house was built in 1998.

The Carlstroms are chiropractors at Spine Design Chiropractic in Jupiter.

Dr. Christian Carlstrom is originally from Stockholm, Sweden. He received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic University and has a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida.

Dr. Denise Carlstrom also received her doctor of chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic University and received a bachelor's degree in nutrition from the University of Florida.

There have been 1,041 sales in Jupiter thus far in 2008, with a median sales price of $275,000.
