The Trainors paid $396,750 for the property in Sept. 2002.

The 2,371-square-foot house was built in 1996.

Fabrice Mace is the owner of Couleur-Provence, a home decorating company.

There have been 1,620 sales in West Boca thus far in 2008, with a median sales price of $200,000.
