Realtor buys in Palm Beach's Everglades Plaza

Jeffrey Cloninger and his wife, Anne, bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 170 Chilean Ave. in Palm Beach's Everglades Plaza from James and Dolores Hunt for $600,000 on Dec. 11.
The Hunts paid $475,000 for Unit #0021 in Aug. 2004.
Mr. Cloninger is a licensed real estate broker and founder of Jeffrey A. Cloninger & Associates, Inc., a real estate firm located in Palm Beach. Prior to moving to Palm Beach, Mr. Cloninger worked in hotel management.
