Construction management exec spends $4M in Palm Beach

Geoffrey S. Caraboolad bought a five-bedroom, eight-bath home at 300 Parc Monceau in Palm Beach from Maureen N. Donnell for $4 million on Dec. 3.

The 7,608-square-foot home, which is in the Parc Monceau subdivision, was built in 1960.

Caraboolad is a real estate developer and the founder and president of Metric Corp., a construction management company based in Boston, Mass. He established the company in 1981.

There have been 294 home sales in Palm Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $1.14 million.
