Delbert Terrill bought a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 3516 Jonathans Harbour Dr. in Uninc. Northeast Palm Beach County from Margaret A. Krupa for $1.2 million on Nov. 12.
The 3,888-square-foot house, which was built in 2002, is in the Harbour at Jonathan's Landing area.
Terrill is an attorney with Morrison & Foerster, LLP. Previously he served as an administrative law judge at the US International Trade Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for more than 15 years.
Prior to that he was an administrative law judge at the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and a hearing examiner at the U.S. Department of Defense's Directorate for Industrial Security Clearance Review.
Terrill has also served as counsel at White & Case, LLP, and at Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, LLP. He was a special assistant U.S. attorney for the Office of Special Counsel as well.
He founded the Washington International Soccer League, an amateur soccer league in the D.C. area, in 1980.
Terrill earned his B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. He also holds a B.S. in Business and Management from University of Maryland.
There have been 36 sales in Uninc. Northeast Palm Beach County in 2008, with median price of $407,500.
