Chiropractor buys in Parkland

Lance C. Wald and his wife, Joy, bought a home at 6544 N.W. 104th Terrace in Parkland from William M. and Carol R. Bass for $680,000 in Nov. 10.

The 4,125-square-foot house, which was built in 2000, is in the Fox Ridge subdivision.

Mr. Wald is a chiropractor with his own practice at the Deerfield Health and Wellness Center, which he started in 2000.

He is a native of South Florida and has spoken on a variety of health issues in his community.

He graduated from the Life University in Marietta, Ga., in 1998.

In 2008, there have been 361 sales in Parkland with median sales price of $600,000.
