Radiologist settles for 5BD in Tuscany at Abacoa

Dr. Gabrielle Kater and Gary R. Wolf bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 119 Florence Dr. in Jupiter from Charles A. Olsson and Patty A. Olsson for $645,000 on Oct. 21.

The Olssons paid $511,500 for the property in April 2004. The 3,561-square-foot house, which was built in 2004, is in the Tuscany at Abacoa.

Dr. Kater is a radiologist, who has practiced in Royal Palm Beach and Wellington. She has been affiliated with the Palms West MRI.

She earned her medical degree at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor and trained in neuroradiology at the Emory University School of Medicine.

There have been 967 sales in Jupiter in 2008, with a median sales price of $275,000.
