Insurance co. executives buy 3BD in Lighthouse Point for $3.1M

Daniel O'Neal and Pamela N. Browning bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home in 4010 N.E. 31st Ave. in Lighthouse Point to Mitchell E. Fox and Patricia A. Anastasio for $3,100,000 on Oct. 24.

Fox and Anastasio bought the property for $4.25 million in Feb. 2006.

The 8,212-square-foot house was built in 2002.

O'Neal is the Chief Executive Officer of Physicians Insurance Co.–Florida.

Browning is chief operating officer at Physicians Insurance.

There have been 177 home sales in Lighthouse Point in 2008, with a median sales price of $398,500.
